#30DayCardChallenge - Day 28

I know, I'm a day late with this card lol. I was busy yesterday putting up pegboard in my kitchen. Naturally, that took longer than expected hahaahaa.
Okay, so here are the supplies that I used to make this card …
The card I'm making today is called the Triple Layer Card. It looks a lot more complicated than it is - it's a really fun and easy card to make! Today, I decided to make it with the leaves in this stamp set, plus I really like the sentiment.
So, the first thing to do is apply a tiny bit of adhesive to the back of the Whisper White cardstock pieces - just the 2 smaller ones. I'll be taking them apart, so you really want to use just enough adhesive to hold them together temporarily. Then stack them on top of each other, trying to center as best as possible …
Using Mossy Meadow ink, I stamped the sentiment on the smallest piece of cardstock …
I also used the Mossy Meadow ink to stamp the tree next to the sentiment, and over the different layers. then, using the Pear Pizzazz ink, I stamped the leaf randomly ...
Using the Pear Pizzazz ink, I stamped off onto some scrap paper then stamped around randomly, filling in some empty space …
Once the stamping was complete, I carefully took apart the cardstock and adhered the smallest one to a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock…
I attached the middle piece to the Mossy Meadow layer, then the largest stamped piece to the Mossy Meadow card base ...
I added adhesive to the back of the middle piece and attached it to the card, trying to line up the stamped pieces as much as possible, then added the smallest piece …
I finished by adding a piece of Whisper White cardstock to the inside …
And the card was complete!! …
Here's the list of products that I used today …
I really like this technique and plan to make more - maybe some colorful, pretty flowers! As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
xoxo
Dawn
