#30DayCardChallenge - Day 22

Woohooo it’s Day 22 and I have a wedding card to share with you today! I just love the look of black, silver and white. I think it’s perfect for a wedding! And the embossing gives it a really elegant look, I think.
Here’s the supplies that I used for today’s card ...

I started with the stamping and embossing. I used the VersaMark ink to stamp the sentiment in the upper left corner, and the bride towards the bottom right. I quickly added the embossing powder so the ink didn't dry out. I tapped the excess powder off. If there is any extra powder stuck in unwanted areas, you can use a small paint brush to gently wipe it away …

I used the Heat Tool to melt the embossing. Hold the Heat Tool about 3-6 inches away from the cardstock to avoid burning. Heat in one area until you see it turn shiny, then slowly move across the entire area until complete …

Once it's cool (it only takes a few moments), I used a dry Aqua Painter to apply whisper White ink to the dress. Begin with soft strokes and add more as needed …

Once that was dry, I applied adhesive to the back and attached it to the Silver Foil Sheet. Then I applied adhesive and attached that to the Basic black card base …

I attached a piece of Whisper White cardstock to the inside, where you can stamp a sentiment or hand write your well wishes …
