I don’t have a camel stamp, but I do have a giraffe that I decided to use lol ๐
Here are the supplies that I’m using today …
I started off using the Triple Banner Punch. This is a really cool punch that has grooves to cut banners in 3 different sizes! I'm using the largest groove, and putting the Mango Melody piece in. Push all the way until it stops, then punch. Next, I put the Whisper White piece in and punched …
Next, I used the Soft Suede ink to stamp the sentiment on the Whisper White banner, towards the bottom, right. And I stamped the giraffe on a piece of scrap Whisper White …
Next, I used the Stampin' Blends Markers to color in the giraffe. Use small strokes because the Blends bleed a bit …
I brought the giraffe and a scrap of Garden Green cardstock over to my Big Shot and cut out the giraffe and some leaves (I cut 3 for this card) …
Since I was at the Big Shot, I placed the piece of Garden Green cardstock into the Swirls and Curls Embossing Folder and ran it through. I love the texture this folder creates! …
Back at my work space, I added a little adhesive to the back of the giraffe and attached the leaves, positioning them so the peeked out from behind the giraffe …
I added dimensionals to the back of the giraffe, and adhesive to the back of the white banner. Then attached the banners together, and added the giraffe …
Next, I began tearing the edges off of the embossed Garden Green cardstock. I tore about 1/4" and pulled it towards me, around the entire piece …
Then, I added adhesive to the back. Since it's embossed, you want to make sure to apply adhesive to all 4 sides to help it lay flat. Then attach it to the Mango Melody card base. Apply adhesive to the back of the banner and attach to the front of the card …
That's it, another card complete! I am really loving this challenge! I hope you're following along with me. If you're making any of these cards that I've been posting, I would love to see them! Feel free to post them on my Facebook page … facebook.com/Bowmanitaville
