#30DayCardChallenge - Day 11

Hello lovely crafters!!
It's Day 11 of my challenge and I have a new card for you to see. Now, I will never claim to be good at coloring. And if I'm completely honest, I really don't like coloring very much lol! But I will admit that using the Stampin' Blends Markers does make it a lot easier and more enjoyable!
Today I'm using the stamp set, Good Morning Magnolia and the colors Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive, Basic Black and Daffodil Delight.
Here are the supplies I'm using today …

I'm starting off with the Whisper White Cardstock, and stamping the flower with Memento Tuxedo Black. I stamped in the upper right hand corner, and off the paper a little …

 You'll want to let it sit for a few minutes or fan it to let it dry. When using the Blends Markers, the ink may smear a little.
Starting with Light Old Olive, I began coloring one of the leaves. Once that was done, I added outlines/highlights with Dark Old Olive. I did one leaf at a time, so the light ink stayed a little wet for the dark to blend and shade a bit …

Using the same process, I colored the flower with Blackberry Bliss - starting with the light, then adding the dark and blending them …

I added a little Daffodil Delight to the center of the flower …

I used Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp the sentiment …

Next, I put it all together! I added adhesive, then attached it to the Basic Black cardstock. Then that to the Blackberry Bliss cardbase …

 Since the cardbase is such a dark color, I attached Whisper White cardstock to the inside …

 It's done and ready to give!! ...
